Welcome, Sam!

Sam Rhoades  joined C&R Remodeling on July 11, 2016 as our new Production Manager and Technology Guru. His official job title is officially ‘Production Manager’ but he has such a thorough knowledge of technology that we now feel lucky to have to have our own IT expert on site.

Sam brings with him excellent customer service skills which makes him the perfect fit for C&R. He will be managing the construction phase of our remodeling process. This will include project scheduling and material procurement, online information system management, client care, and construction staff support.

In addition, Sam will apply his construction estimating knowledge to assist our consulting and estimating staff. There are a million and one details that go into producing a successful remodeling project, and his help will be invaluable.

Sam moved to Salem ten years ago and has become involved as a volunteer in a variety of community organizations.

But Sam’s true passion is his family, and they enjoy spending time  together. And yes, in case you were wondering, Sam just happens to be married to C&R President Beth Rhoades. They make a great team and their family contribution to C&R has just doubled!
