New Custom Home with a View
Sam and Beth had eagerly anticipated building a new home. When this infill lot bordering a park hit the market, they immediately grabbed it. They then collaborated with C&R to develop plans that would take advantage of the view, meet all of their family’s needs, and stick to a pre-defined budget.
The result is a stunning 2400 square foot home filled with style, light, convenience, and warmth. They worked with Designer Linda Stewart to purposefully imagine every corner of living space prior to construction. This attention to detail assured the homeowners of a truly custom home. Sam and Beth say it perfectly meets every need and beyond.
