1910 Historic Salem Bathroom Transformation
This Pull & Replace project breathed new life into a 1910 main floor bathroom while honoring its original character. To balance modern function with historic charm, we transitioned the space from a “tub-only” layout to a versatile new tub/shower combination. The centerpiece of the remodel is the original clawfoot soaking tub, which we carefully removed, refinished in a custom exterior color, and reinstalled.
The room features classic subway tile wainscoting and a stunning custom inlay tile floor that anchors the design. By keeping the original plumbing locations and reusing the home’s pedestal sink, we achieved a high-impact update with a footprint-friendly approach. Completed in just five weeks, this project utilized our advanced HEPA air filtration system to ensure the homeowner’s comfort throughout the process.
