NEW UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
When this farmhouse was built, second upstairs bathrooms were rare. For modern families, though, that omission can create harmony-wrecking inconvenience. The solution for this home was to construct a bathroom in existing space. To do this, we modified closet and hallway spaces and re-purposed the area beneath the dormer. The result is a beautifully modern bathroom with a soaking tub and shower in a designated wet area. Abundant natural light streams in through the existing skylights.
