West Salem Whole House Remodel
With a forest preserve for a back yard, these homeowners knew they wanted to keep their location. But the floor plan, colors and materials spoke of a an era long past. The home was reinvented and brought to life through careful planning, design, and construction.
Every room was gutted down to the studs. An addition was constructed and the main living level opened up to enhance natural light and flow. This is now essentially a new house throughout with new floors, walls, woodwork, cabinetry, appliances, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and tile. The double front door was custom built to give this extraordinary home the grand entry it deserved. A multi-level custom deck was built on the forest side of the house for outdoor entertaining.
