A New Chapter in Leadership: Beth Rhoades Installed as HBA President

We are ending the year on a high note with a major milestone for our leadership team. This December, our very own President and owner, Beth Rhoades, was officially installed as the President of the Marion & Polk County Home Builders Association (HBA) for the upcoming term.

Beth has always been a fierce advocate for the building industry and for homeowners in the Mid-Willamette Valley. Stepping into this role is a natural extension of her dedication to the trade. Throughout 2026, she will be working to promote professional standards, support local trades, and ensure that our community remains a vibrant place to build and live. We are incredibly proud of her leadership and the vision she brings both to C&R and the broader Oregon building community.

One of the most exciting moments of the year came when we received statewide recognition for our design and craftsmanship. We are thrilled to announce that C&R Design Remodel won the prestigious Structure + Style Award for Best Kitchen Remodel!
