Back Yard Family Room
and Studio

The existing roof configuration presented a distinct challenge when the homeowners wanted to add extra square footage. The elegant solution was to attach the new family room and studio via a breezeway. Just a few steps from the back door, the large room overlooks the beautifully landscaped back yard through a pair of French doors. And because the room also serves as a studio, access is available via the sidewalk alongside the garage. Nearly everyone who visits this room wants one for themselves!
